Tui Na a.k.a. Chinese Massage

Tui Na is the ancient practice of utilizing manual massage like movements to help break up any stagnation and to help relieve pain.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is the method of therapeutically "scraping" the skin using massage oil and a gua sha tool to help break up any stagnation and to help the body expel external pathogens.

Sotai (Japanese Alignment)

Sotai is an ancient Japanese modality that is a very gentle way of physically helping realign the body into proper alignment through simple movements to help relieve pain.

Cupping

Cupping or fire cupping is another wonderful form of bodywork that is utilized to help break up stagnation and help the body release exterior pathogens. Cupping can leave the signature circle "hickey" marks that we've come to see on many professional athletes. Don't worry, you don't have to be a professional athlete to enjoy the benefits of this modality!

Modern Massage Tools

Dr. Moser often includes more modern massage tools like percussion guns and osilating medical massagers. Along with traditional techniques, these tools help bring healing to a new level!

Singing Bowl

Sound Therapy

Singing bowls and sound therapy have been used for centuries. Combined with acupuncture, healing is able to be reached at a much deeper and sustainable level. The bowl is placed on and over the body while being played.

Tuning Forks

Binaural Beats

Tuning forks are another addition that Dr. Moser often includes in his treatments. One fork is tuned to a C and the other to a G note. This creates a perfect harmonic and a very visceral sensation when played next to the ears and on different points on the body.
