Last week, the Woodmark at Uptown: Senior Living hosted a Wine, Crackers, and Acupuncture social hour with Sacred Patterns Acupuncture. We had a wonderful discussion about how acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) works. There were lots of very insightful questions about pain, digestion, sleep, anxiety, and many more.
