Recently, the American Heart Association hosted their Go Red for Women Luncheon at the Hotel Albuquerque Convention Center, located in Old Town Albuquerque. This event brings numerous influential physicians and organizations together to support heart health for women all across New Mexico. It was a very well attended event that celebrated heart health and awareness with the beautiful backdrop that Hotel Albuquerque and Old Town has to offer.
Dr. Andrew Moser, DOM, MBA with Sacred Patterns Acupuncture supported the silent auction with a quilted heart studded LOVE MOSCHINO purse, a bottle of Red Yeast Rice Plus to support healthy cholesterol levels, Hawthorn Berry Herbal Tea for cardiovascular health, Xiao Yao San (Free and Easy Wander) a classic traditional Chinese herbal formula to help with stress, digestion, and menstrual support, etc., a Blue Poppy Portable Dr. Bob's medicated balm for aches and pains, a heart shaped Gua Sha tool for facial massages to help smooth out wrinkles, promote blood flow, and reduce inflammation, and lastly a free hour and a half acupuncture treatment with Dr. Moser.
Overall, the package was meant to a showcase of all the different ways that acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine supports the whole body, mind, and spirit without the side-effects of pharmaceuticals.
If you are interested in scheduling a treatment and seeing the benefits for yourself, please call 505.317.9915 or email info@DrMoser.org. Treatments are 1½ hours for $100. Cash, card, check, HSA, FSA, and worker's compensation are payments accepted.
Thank you again to all those that put on such a wonderful event!
